Frost Gate. It has a huge gate for protection against everything, lots of little houses and a huge magic chalice thing in the middle, scenery is great not that many people there. I prefer the Frozen Isle guild hall but not everyone can go to that

Fisherman's Harbor in Tyria, Ran Musu Gardens in Cantha, and possibly Kodlonu Hamlet in Elona. Not sure there yet. Can't force myself to go back to Nightfall.

Either Lions Arch, because of everything that goes on there, or Pre-Searing Ascalon...
And I'd move to Lions Arch in 1070, unless the searing was only as bad as a cutscene... If you're an NPC you're pretty much screwed when it comes to Searing Cutscenes...
Cantha seems nice too... As does Elona, but I don't have those campaigns.
Is it weird to want to run around in an Instance of Pre-Searing Ascalon doomsaying...
"Repent! The end of Ascalon is near!"
"Yeah right, you Elementalists are crazy."
*One cataclysmic event later...*
"Told you. :P"
"Oh, shut up!"

Fishermens or the Ice Cave place in the Shiverpeaks, so peaceful.....No trade spams.
If I have to chose 1, it would be Fishermens, beach, sun, water, and fishing boats!!!

If I could choose anywhere it would have to be Prince Bokka's palace. Aside from that I'd choose Fishermans Haven or Lions Arch.

Henge of Denravi. It's nice, huge, quiet. And then after that, probably pre-searing ascalon... its just so nice

Grotto of course, because it's totally adult. Maybe FH because it's warm and small.
